Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of completing your payment by emailing aiinterviewprep.help@gmail.com. Your request must be sent within that hour. We do not begin preparing your personalized pack until this cancellation window has ended. After that period, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
Delivery
Your pack is delivered by email within 24 hours after we receive both your payment and complete intake information. The one-hour cancellation window is included in this delivery period; it does not add another hour. If we cannot deliver your order, we will issue a full refund. If your delivery is late, contact us so we can resolve it.
Errors or missing content
If your pack contains errors or is missing content included in the service description, contact us. We will correct it at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.
Included revision
Your purchase includes one minor revision requested within 7 days of delivery, covering small factual corrections or wording adjustments for the same job opening. Significant new information or substantial rewrites may cost extra, with your approval before work begins. A different job opening requires a new pack. Correcting our own errors is separate from your included revision.
Hiring outcomes
This service supports interview preparation. It does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment. An unsuccessful application or interview does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.
How to request help
Email aiinterviewprep.help@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and a description of your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you a longer cancellation period or additional remedies, those rights take priority over our one-hour voluntary cancellation policy.
